When I saw the first draft of the poster project that I had asked Brian to put together for me (to give as a gift to the guys that we deer hunt with each year) I was amazed. He had taken the information and pictures I had provided and modified the layout and format in such a captivating fashion, that I knew that the guys would love it. And I was right…they could not believe it. We spent the first 10 minutes just going over every inch of it and commenting on the photos and how great an idea it was. The outdoors, specifically deer hunting, is important to my family. We used Trophy Tales to capture that tradition and all of the memories associated with it. After finding out about the website, my brothers and I sent Trophy Tales an assortment of past photos to do a “Traditions” poster idea - old photos as well as new to display the history of our deer camp. After seeing the photos we submitted, one photo in particular stood out to Brian; he thought the picture would make a great poster by itself. He designed a poster with that photo and sent me a proof. That poster- a picture of my Dad, three brothers and I at deer camp - is now titled, “A Family Tradition”. We gave it to my Dad, framed in rustic pine, for Christmas and he is very proud of that poster. Our original idea for a poster turned out great as well with Brian’s help. Unsure which photos we wanted to use, we submitted over 25 to Trophy Tales. Brian professionally and creatively chose the ones that worked well together and organized them into an artistic layout. Our finished poster has our camp as the main focus with 12 smaller photos below. We could not have planned the poster any better; he truly captured the spirit we were looking for. These posters are a great way to capture every outdoor memory, whether it’s a big fish, a kid’s first deer, or the spirit and tradition of deer camp. “The information and picture that is put on the Trophy Tales tells the story. And you can even tailor what information you want to share. I had a Trophy Tale (Turkey) done for a friend as a gift, and on there I asked Brian to put on the name of the person calling it in, in this case it was a husband and wife duo, and she couldn’t express enough, how happy she was to see her husband’s name on it as the caller. Those are the kind of memory’s that can be captured with a Trophy Tale for family and friends for years to come. I have never had much luck getting a “true” trophy to mount. If get close I always believe there is always a bigger one out there for me to seek. This worked fine for me, however when my 10 year old daughter, Jadin, caught her first northern which weighed 8.3 lbs she was so excited. She thought for sure it was big enough for her to mount just like the ones she saw at Gander Mountain and Cabela's. I tried to explain to her that someday she will get a bigger one and that we were not going to spend the money mounting her northern. This was a hard thing to tell a young youth that is getting into the great sport of fishing and I had to slam the door on her wish to get her fish mounted. In her eyes it was a trophy. After a moment I remembered Trophy Tales so without hesitation we took pictures of Jadin and her catch. I told her that I was going to get her a Trophy Tale. I ordered the Trophy Tale and when I gave it to her eyes lit up and she was one proud girl showing off and telling her story through the trophy tale. Trophy Tales is an excellent product that is followed up with great service. There is a great selection of frames and you get your product back within weeks not years. I have a bear trophy tale that I have had for almost two years and have yet to see my bear mount of the same bear. I would highly recommend this for any outdoor enthusiast that wants to remember the moment. ~ Dana Schiller

"Trophy Tales...what a great product"! After 37 years of deer hunting, I finally got a big one. I didn't really want to spend a lot on a head-mount, so I mounted the antlers myself and had Trophy Tales make me a 8 X 10 that I have hanging by the antlers for friends and family to see.
